Fellowship Program Description : Northwell Health offers a Fellowship in Medical Toxicology at North Shore University Hospital & Long Island Jewish Medical Center (NS/LIJ). This comprehensive two-year program in the Department of Emergency Medicine is geared toward training fellows in the academic and clinical aspects of toxicology and pharmacology and is accredited by the ACGME. The Fellowship in Medical Toxicology at NS/LIJ provides fellows with the opportunity to learn from some of the world’s leading toxicology experts in a robust learning environment at one of the top teaching hospitals in the Northeast. We also encourage the fellows to pursue their specific interests within the field and to avail themselves of training, teaching, and research opportunities at the regional, national, and international levels.
